RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion, r
bonds in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances, direct the Utilitie
Maintenance Department to commence maintaining the public street and storm
improvements, and the Carlsbad Municipal Water District to maintain the public wal
sewer improvements constructed at Alga Road and Alicante Road.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed improvements required of this project. The City En
is requesting that City Council accept the public improvements itemized in Exhibit <
forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactov

The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to maintain the public
