RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed
session to discuss Barron v. Citv of
Carlsbad, Case No. N53301 pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
