ITEM EXPLANATION: The terms of Patra Straub and Arthur Wood expire in March, 1993. Arthur Wood was originally appointed to the Commission in April, 1992, to unexpired term. Courtroom dramas he has brought to life with pen and paper include those involving Sir1;an Sirlian, Charles Manson, Lt.
