DEW. CA CLOSED SESSION PENDING LITIGATION
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss City of Carlsbad, et al. v. Andrea Blum Case No. 93-4308 (M) pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
