CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to
discuss the possible initiation of litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to decide whether or not to initiate
litigation against the U.S. Department of Fish and Wildlife pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(c).
