This action will require staff time from existing staff to administrative support in carrying out these actions.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 91-114 DEI33TING THE CULTURAL RESOURCES
INVENTORY AND ESTABLISHING A VOLUNTARY HISTORIC RESOURCES INVENTORY
WHEREAS, on April 16, 1991, the City Council a
Resolution No. 91-114 adopting a Cultural Resources Invento
WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 11, 1993, the City
directed that the Cultural Resources Inventory be deleted:
WHEREAS, at said meeting, the City Council expres
intent to establish a voluntary listing whereby a propert
could apply in writing to be included on the Cultural Re
Inventory: and
WHEREAS, a property owner can withdraw from the
at any time,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and corx
