RESOLUTION NO. 93-156
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GIFT OF
$3,847.78 FROM THE FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, The Friends of the Carlsbad Library have donated $3,847.78 tc
the library, and;
WHEREAS, the library and the Friends have agreed to use this donation fc
the purchase of an atlas case and display unit for the La Costa Branch and steel
shelving for the children's area in the main library;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the City Council accepts the gift of $3,847.78 from the Friend
of the Library on behalf of all citizens of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 25th day of May
by the following vote, to wit:
