Adopt Resolution No. qq-lGp , appointing one member to the Sister City Commi
ITEM EXPLANATION:
At the City Council meeting held May 4, 1993, Council adopted Resolution No. appointing Pauline Celona as a member to the Sister City Committee. 01 application, she identified her residence as Japan, but indicated she wou returning to live in Carlsbad in the near future.

Since Ms. Celona has not yet returned to Carlsbad, she would be unable to a committee meetings. Therefore, it is recommended that the Mayor appoint an individual to this term which will expire in April, 1997.
Other members of the Sister City Committee are: Mari Andersson, Cheryl Bradst Bi 11 Dominguez, Karen Gleason HUSS, Thomas Mi 11 s, El i sabeth Paegel , Paul Bart Juchniewicz, and Student Liaison Anne Eckles.
