Jere Kimbrell was originally appointec 1986, and has served seven years. Paul J. Newman was originally appointe an unexpired term in February, 1989, and has served four years.

enclosed, I have served as pro bono legal counsel or advi
to several public agencies and numerous health care
providers during the past four years. This work has beer
connection with disciplinary action and related 'hearings.
Also, for 13 months, I have been serving as one of twenty
members of a state-funded "Quality, Leadership Team - " The purpose of this project is to develop model processes for
implementing continuous quality improvement (CQI) in pub1
