CLOSED SESSION PENDING LITIGATION
3ECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Welty v. City of Carlsbad, Case No. N56268 pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
