Accept improvements, authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion, re
bonds in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances, direct the Utilities
Maintenance Department to commence maintaining the public street and storm
improvements constructed at Avenida Encinas Sta. 18+65.03 to Sta. 34+16.6
Windrose Circle Sta. 0-1-62.25 to Sta. 23+56.75 and storm drain improvemer
Navigator Circle and Navigator Court, and the Carlsbad Municipal Water Dist
maintain public sewer constructed at Avenida Encinas Sta. 18+65.03 to Sta. 34-1
and Windrose Circle Sta. 0+62.25 to Sta. 23+56.75, Navigator Circle and Na\
court.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The Developer has constructed improvements required of this project. The City En
is requesting that City Council accept the public improvements itemized in Exhibit '
forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactor
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Utilities and Maintenance Department will be required to maintain the public
and storm drain imprwements and CMWD the public sewer improvements,
estimated annual cost of $9,307.71.
The total value of pub1 c improvements is estimated at $1,675,674.65.
