HD>.$$?- CITY AllY - CITY MGR. - RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Ordinance No. NS-247, adopting the Ranch0 Carrillo Master Plan Amendment (MP-139(E), on approximately 690 acres of land located south of Palomar Airport Road, west of the eastern city boundary, east of the Bressi Ranch property, and north of Local Facilities Management Zone 6, in Local Facilities Management Zone 18. lTEh4 EXPLANATION Ordinance No. NS-247 was introduced and first read at a regular City Council meeting on July 27, 1993. The second reading allows Council to adopt the ordinance which would then become effective in thirty days. The City Clerk will have the ordinance published in the “Carlsbad Sun” within fifteen days, if adopted. FISCAL IMPACT See Agenda Bill No. 12,301 on file with the City Clerk. EXHIBIT 1. NS-247 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AFPTING THE RANCH0 CARRILLO MASTER PLAN AMENDMENT (MP- 139(E) ON APPROXIMATELY 690 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD, NORTH OF LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 6, WEST OF THE EASTERN CITY BOUNDARY, AND EAST OF THE BRESSI RANCH PROPERTY (LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 17), IN LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT ZONE 18. CASE NAME: RANCH0 CARRILLO MASTER PLAN CASE NO: MP-139(E) 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has 7 II I reviewed and considered a Master Plan for future development of the site: and WHEREAS, after procedures in accordance with the requirements of the law, the City Council has determined that the public interest indicates that said plan be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad does ordain as follows: SECTION I: That the Ranch0 Carrillo Master Plan, MP- 139 (El, dated April 7, 1993, on file in the Planning Department, and incorporated by reference herein, is approved. The Master Plan shall constitute the zoning for this property and all development of the property shall conform to the plan.
