ITEM EXPLANATION
Rice Enterprises has requested an extension of time for Carlsbad Tract 85-10/1
Rice Property, a 196 lot, 189 dwelling unit tentative tract map and planr
development. The site is located in LFMP Zone 11, South of Calle Barcelona an(
Rancho Santa Fe Road.
The tentative map was first approved by the City Council on July 8, 1986. The r
tolled until the Citywide Facilities District No.1 was finalized on June 13, 1991.
