CITY MGR. CLOSED SESSION FENDING LITIGATION

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed
session to discuss Five Cities v. Countv of
San Dieao, (50% penalty surcharge) pursuant
to Government Code Section 54956.9(c).
