RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to
discuss the initiation of litigation against the County
challenging the imposition of a 50% surcharge penalty fee as
follows :
I move that the City Council hold a closed session pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(c) regarding trash.
