RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Receive a staff presentation regarding the status of on the Batiquitos
Enhancement Project. No formal City Council action is required at this time.
ITEM EXPLANATION
At this meeting, staff will update the City Council on the status of the Batiquitos
Enhancement Project with regard to the following issues:
I. Current status of litigation with the Sierra Club
and National Audoban Society.
Final design of the Enhancement Project.
Construction phase organization and schedule.
