CERTAIN CONDITIONS
TENTATIVE MAP NO. CT 85-19, THE MEADOWLANDS, SUBJECT TO
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carkbad on October 22, 1985
Resolution No. 821 9 approving with conditions Tentative Map No. CT 85-1 9; and
WHEREAS, Tentative Map No. CT 85-1 9 was tolled and as a result of tolling Ter
No. CT 85-1 9 would have expired as of March 14,1993; and
WHEREAS, the applicant is diligently pursuing those acts required to obtain E

The following conditions reflect the revisions of P.C.
Resolution No. 8219 made by the City Council at its meeting of October 1, 1985:
Add the following conditions:
1. The cul-de-sac of Meadowlark Ranch Road shall
be designed in accordance with current City standards and as shown on the approved
tentative map (Exhibit A, dated August 1, 1985, revised September 27, 1985).
2. Prior to approvak of the final map,? the developer shall provide for the construction of emergency access at the end of the
cul-de-sac and existing Meadowlark Ranch Road .
3. The intersection spacing of the access, as shown on Exhibit A, dated August 1, 1985, revised September 27, 1985, is approved subject to final design approval of the City Engineer .
5. Specific improvements of Rancho Santa Fe Road shall be in accordance with current City standards, as shown on Exhibit A, dated August 1, 1985, revised September 27, 1985,
