RECOMMENDED ACTION:
This item is to update the Council on economic development activities and strategies.
ITEM EXPLANATION
In keeping with the City Council 1993-1994 Goals and Objectives, City staff has
continued to " Market the City of Carlsbad to targeted industries, and companies
interested in relocating or expanding their existing operations in Carlsbad." Staff will
provide a verbal update to the City Council on the following items:
