Supplemental Agreement No. 007 to State and Local Transportation Partnership Pro! Agreement No. SLTPP-5308 providing funding for Project No. 31 66. ITEM EXPLANATION: On February 16, 1993, City Council adopted Resolution No. 93-36 authorizing the M to execute Program Agreement Nos. 003,004, and 005 to State and Local Transport: Partnership Agreement No. SLTPP-5308 providing funding for the Palomar Airport F East Widening Project No. 3166. Subsequent to the filing and approval of those agreements, the construction contrac Project No. 3166 was awarded. That contract included the construction of the follo\r improvements: a a 5 For contract administrative purposes, the construction contract and payment schedi were combined into one comprehensive project. For this reason, individual invoicinc the three separate agreements for the SLTPP application would become burdensomc CALTRANS has recommended that these three agreements be consolidated into agreement for Project No. 31 66. This will ease the effort in keeping construction items invoicing more efficient. El Camino Real from Palomar Airport Road to Faraday Avenue. Palomar Airport Road/El Camino Real Intersection. Palomar Airport Road East Widening and realignment from El Camino Real to City Limit. FISCAL IMPACT The consolidation into one contract agreement will improve the efficiency of process invoices and the City can expect a reduction of staff time. EXHIBITS: 1.
