It has been a problem ever since Oak Street was re
ago.
City employees park on both sides of Oak Street and part of State all day long.
Therefore, there is not frontage parking for the afore said businesses’ patrons. All
owners and employees of businesses on Sate Street in the 3000 block have been in
agreement about leaving the street parking clear for customer service.
All owners and employees park in the City parking lot on State Street (free
parking). They all agree that this is to facilitate parking at their businesses and wi
