J The purpose of this boundary change is to include the entire Carltas contiguous propeQ within the assessment district. This revision will also place a single assessment on the contiguous property. This single assessment will be segregated to individual lots when a Final Map is recorded on the property, subdividing it. The Carltas Company was sent a copy of the Engineer’s Report and has responded that they approve the report and plan

PUBLIC HEARING HEARING REQUIRED PURSUANT TO THE "MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT
FOR CONSIDERATION: ACT OF 1913".
MAY OR : Announce that this is the time and place fixed for the
first of two (2) public hearings relating to the proceed-
ings for certain changes and modifications in ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 86-1 (PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD).
CITY CLERK: Announce that notice of the Public Hearings has been
given in the manner and form as required by law and that
a Certificate of Compliance is on file certifying that
notice was given in the following ways:
- Publication of Notice of Public Hearing - Mailing Notice of Public Hearing to property owners
within the District - Filing amended boundary map in Office of County
Recorder
