COMMENDED ACTION:
Accept improvements, authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion, and
release retention funds and bonds in accordance with State laws and City ordinances
for the 1991-92 Slurry Seal Program, Contract U/M 93-4.
ITEM EXPLANATION
On June 22,1993, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 93-180 thereby awarding
Contract No. U/M 93-4 for the 1991-92 Streets Slurry Seal Program to Asphall
Maintenance Company in the amount of $162,155.94. There were no change orden
issued for this project.
All aspects of this project have now been completed and the improvements arc
acceptable to the Utilities and Maintenance Director.
FISCAL, WACX
Sufficient funds are available in Purchase Order No. 15893 for payment of all costs
associated with this project. The final cost was $167,673.53
