3ECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed
session to discuss O'Brien v. City of
Carlsbad, Case No. N58341 pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
