ECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. W-bo accepting the construction of Tamarack Avenue wide
from Carlsbad Boulevard to Interstate 5, Project No. 3203, in the City of Carlsbac
complete and directing the City Clerk to record a Notice of Completion and release bc
in accordance with State law and City ordinances.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
On October 6, 1992, C.W. McGrath, Inc. was awarded a contract in the amour
$1,176,669.65 to construct storm drain, curb, gutter, median island, undergroun
overhead utilities, and traffic signal upgrade at Jefferson Street and Tamarack Aver
C.W. McGrath, Inc. completed the work on January 28,1994. City forces have inspe
said improvements and found them to be satisfactory. Staff recommends fo
acceptance by City Council.

RESOLUTlON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTlON OF TAMARACK AVENUE WIDENING FROM CARLSBAD BOULEVARDTO INTERSTATE 5 PROJECT
3203 AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, construction of Tamarack Avenue widening from Carlsbad Boulevard to Inter
Project No. 3203 has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE it RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califc
follows:
