RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Ordinance No. NS-271, mending Title 2 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
mom the membership of the Design Review Board.
ITEM EXPLANATION
Ordinance No. NS-271 was introduced at the regular City Council meeting of Februz
15,1994. The second reading allows Council to adopt the ordinance which would th become effective in thuty days, The City Clerk will have the ordinance publish
within fifteen days, if adopted.

The design review board shall consist of five members appoin,
