ITEM EXPLANATION:
Basile Construction completed construction of improvements to Laguna Drive betu
State Street and Jefferson Street. City forces have inspected said improvements and fc
them to be satisfactory. Staff recommends formal acceptance by City Council.

A RESOLUTlON OF THE CrrY COUNCIL OF THE CrrY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING STREET IMPROVEMENT ON IAGUNDA
DRIVE BEWEEN STATE STREET AND JEFFERSON STREET AS
COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the construction of improvements to Laguna Drive between State Str
Jefferson Street, Project No. 3001, has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C(
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That construction of Laguna Drive improvements, specifically identified as Prc
3001, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
the Notice of Completion and have Same recorded.
4. That the Financial Management Director is hereby authorized and directed
the project accounts upon payment of all final claims and costs.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
held on the 8th day of WH , 1994 by the following Vote, to wit:
