RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Ordinance No. NS-278, granting a zone change from Residential Agriculture (R
10) to Limited Control (L-C), on 246 acres of property located east of the fut
intersection of the expansion of College Avenue and Cannon Road, northeast of
Camho Real.
ITEM EXPLANATION
Ordinance No. NS-278 was introduced and first read at the regular City Council meet
of May 3, 1994. The second reading allows Council to adopt the ordinance WE
would then become effective in thirty days. The City Clerk will have the ordina
published within fifteen days, if adopted.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING TITLE 21 OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY AN AMENDMENT TO
THE ZONING MAP TO GRANT A ZONE CHANGE, FROM
RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURE R-A-10 TO LIMITED CONTROL L-C ON 246 ACRES OF PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF THE FUTURE INTERSECTION OF THE
EXTENSION OF COLLEGE AVENUE AND CANNON ROAD

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califori
ordain as follows:
SECTION I: That Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municir
is amended by the amendment of a zoning map to grant a zone
from R-A-10 to L-C on 246 acres of property generally locat
of the future intersection of the extension of College AVG
Cannon Road northeast of El Camino Real as shown on the may

SECTION 11: That the findings and conditions
