ORDINANCE NO. NS-280
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CrrY COUNCiL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CAUFORNIA, AMENDING TKLE 10, CHAPTER 10.44, OFTHE CARLSBAO MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE AOOmON OF SECTION 10.44.470 TO ESTABLISH A PRIMA FACIE 30 MILE PER HOUR SPEED UMV UPON
LOKER AVENUE EAST FROM EL FUERTE STREET TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Ci of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains 2
SECTION 1 : That Tie 10, Chapter 10.44, of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is
by the addition of Section 10.44.470 to read as follows:
'1 0.44.470 Loker Avenue East:
Upon Loker Avenue East from El Fuerte Street to its intersection with Palor
Road, the prima facie speed limit shall be thirty miles per hour.'
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after Its ad
