On April 26, 1994, City Council authorized the advertisement for bids for said
Two (2) sealed bids were received on June 8, 1994, as follows:

9605 Arrow Route, Suite E Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Due to elimination of work on the Goddard parcel, the amount of work under Prl
Goddard property frontage, located at the northwest corner of Tamarack Avenue Drive. Right-of-way acquisition for the partial taking across the Goddard prope being negotiated. The omitted work will be done at a later date.
The Engineer's Estimate on this project is $398,162. References have been verific low bidder, Interwest Pacific Corporation. Staff recommends the award of this c( lnterwest Pacific Corporation.
