That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session
regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed
session to discuss Wells Farso Bank v. Citv of Carlsbad Notice of Commencement of Action
pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9 (a) .
