RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. establishing Solid Waste Services Rates based on a 9 disposal fee. ITEM EXPLANATION: The County Board of Supervisors approved a landfill tip fee increase from $43/ton to $ increase) for refuse and $25/ton to $35/ton for yard waste. Both rates were effectivc increase in the Solid Waste Services Rates to compensate for this increased cost (Ex has been absorbing this increase since July 1, 1994.
