BLD STREET CITY I RECOMMENDED ACTION: REPORT ON STATUS OF PUBLIC NUISANCE AT 3244 HARDINC MTG. 9 k (g+-'l CI Based on an inspection conducted on Friday, August 9, 1994, of the property located Harding Street, APN: 204-1 10-03-00, it is recommended that the City Council recl report file the matter. ITEM EXPLANATION This property was alleged to be a public nuisance before the City Council in Marc year. Since that time, the nuisance hearing has been occasionally continue construction progressed on the remodel of the building on the site. Based on the general contractor completing certain work on the site, conditions whicl the alleged public nuisance have been abated. The buildings have had their structur< upgraded. The interior drywall finish has been installed and inspected. There condition which rendered the buildings a fire hazard no longer exist.
