MTG. 9-13-94 CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS EMPLOYER- CITY
DEPT. HR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND NEGOTIATIONS CITY
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session to discuss
employer-employee relations and negotiations with Whitmore, Johnson
& Bolanos, and designated staff as labor negotiators with respect to
the negotiations with the CPOA, CFA, CCEA, and Police Management
Association employee organizations.
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to
discuss employer-employee relations and negotiations
pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6.
