College Boulevard generally identified as:

Approximately 104 gross acres
(2) Carlsbad Airport Centre
c/o Weyerhauser Venture Company
Lots 50 through 76 inclusive and lot designated as "remainder parcel" of
Carlsbad Tract No. 81-46, Unit No. 3 aJ 6
