ITEM EXPLANATION The City Council, at your meeting of October 3, 1994, voted approve the Zone 21 Amendments to the Local Facilities Man Plan as set out in Planning Commission Resolution No. 3688, X and Agenda Bill No. 12,895. No add environmental impacts have been identified with this propos 21 LFMP Amendment. Therefore, the proposed project is ii compliance with the previously approved Negative Declaratio May 2, 1991. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council City of Carlsbad, California, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct 2. That the findings and conditions of the P Commission in Resolution No. 3688 and the amendments set Exhibit X constitute the findings of the City Council : matter. 3.
