FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN
Adopt Resolution No. - 94 -99.3- approving the amendments
Circulation and School Facilities Sections of the zone 2
Facilities Management Plan.
ITEM EXPLANATION
The City Council, at your meeting of October 3, 1994, voted
approve the Zone 21 Amendments to the Local Facilities Man Plan as set out in Planning Commission Resolution No. 3688, X and Agenda Bill No. 12,895. That document is attached.
The Council should satisfy itself that the amendments acc reflect your intentions in the matter. If the Council c your action is to adopt Resolution No. qq-dL% .

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
CIRCULA!l!IOI AND SCIIOOL FACILITIES SECTIONS OF THE ZONE 21 LOCAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PLAN
CASE NO; LFMP 87-21 (A)
WHEREAS, on July 20, 1994 the Carlsbad Planning Corn
adopted Resolution No. 3688 recommending to the City Counc
Local Facilities Management Plan Amendment 87-21(A) be ap
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsk
October 3, 1994 held a duly noticed public hearing to consil
recommendations and heard all persons interested in or opp~
Local Facilities Management Plan Amendment 87-21(A); and
WHEREAS, on May 2, 1991 a Negative Declaration was a
for the Zone 21 Local Facilities Management Plan. No add
environmental impacts have been identified with this propos
21 LFMP Amendment. Therefore, the proposed project is ii
compliance with the previously approved Negative Declaratio
May 2, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct
2. That the findings and conditions of the P
