CLOSED SESSION PENDING LITIGATION
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Ten Cities v. County of San Dieqo, Case NO. 94-1525-IEG(POR), Carlsbad v. County of San Dieqo, Case No. N66415, and Coast Waste Manaqement v. County of San Dieqo, Case No. 94-1823-S(BTM) pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c).
