This matter was scheduled for public hearing to be held on March 7, 1995 to de

inspection, it was noted that the contractor for the owner has completed the removal

The owner has removed all of the trash and debris from the property, and staff is, tt
recommending that the City Council receive the staff report and file the matter. ‘
