Adopt Resolution No. '1 'i -I/? accepting the construction of sidewalks on desigr
streets and repairs to existing sidewalks in portions of the Mar Y Montanas Subdivision
& 2, as complete and directing the City Clerk to record a Notice of Completion and relez
in accordance with State Law and City Ordinances.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
On June 28, 1994, lnterwest Pacific, Inc. was awarded a contract in the amount of $469
construct sidewalks on designated City streets and to repair existing sidewalk in portions
Y Montanas Subdivision, Units 1 and 2.
lnterwest Pacific, Inc. completed the work on March 15, 1995. City forces have inspc
construction and found it to be satisfactory. Staff recommends formal acceptance b
Council of the City of Carlsbad.

A RESOLUTION OF THE GIN COUNCIL Of THE C\N OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS ON CITY STREETS
AND REPAIRS TO EXISTING SIDEWALKS IN PORTIONS OF THE MAR Y
MONTANAS SUBDIVISION, UNITS 1 AND 2, AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, construction of sidewalks on City streets and repairs to existing sidewa
4 11 of Mar Y Montanas Subdivision, Units 1 and 2 has been satisfactorily completed; and

WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
7 11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
