Mayor Lewis and Councilmember Nygaard asked that this item be placed on the Agenda
order to provide an update to the Council on solid waste issues. Your sub-committee ant
staff will provide an update on the following issues:
0 The Ten-C-ty Lawsuit
0 Condemnation of the Palomar Transfer Station
0 County buy-out of NCRRA
0 San Diego Solid Waste Authority activities
Rate and contract review by Hilton, Frankopf and Hobson 0
