RECOMMENDED ACTION:
6/20/95 PUBUC IMPROVEMENTS OF
CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 85-34
Accept Improvements, authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion,
bonds, and direct the Community Services Department to commence maintain
public improvements constructed on Alga Road from Ambrosia Lane to the easte
of Mimosa Drive.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The developer has constructed improvements required of this project and has rec
the City to accept the public improvements. City farces have inspected the
improvements and found them to be satisfactory.
The public improvements constructed consist of storm drains, curb, gutter, sidewi
medians.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Community Services Department will be required to maintaining the
improvements.
