PUBUC IMPROVEMENTS OF
CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 90-l 4
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Accept Improvements, authorize the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion, release
bonds, and direct the Community Services Department to commence maintaining the
public improvements constructed north of Alga Road at Blue Heron Road.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The developer has constructed improvements required of this project and has requested
the City to accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public
improvements and found them to be satisfactory.
The public improvements constructed consist of removal of existing AC berm and
concrete driveway and construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway and paving.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Community Services Department will be required to maintaining the public
improvements.
