The Carlsbad Municipal Code states that the Commission s composed of members having specific qualifications. Mr. Nc

The appointee, therefore, shall serve a two-year term, and
a member of the Planning Commission. Following is a Planning Commission members: Bill Compas, Tom Erwin, Mario
Robert Nielsen, Bailey Noble, Peggy Savary, and Kim Welshons.
Other members of the Housing Commission are: Doug Avis
Calverley, Ofelia Escobedo, Jerry Rombotis, Bob Rose, Che~ Edward Scarpelli, and Kathleen Wellman.
