RECOMMENDED ACTlON:
Adopt Resolution No. 95 -1 4 3 authorizing the City Engineer to make application to (

ITEM EXPLANATION:
In 1988, the State Legislature approved Senate Bill 140, the Transportation Dei

FISCAL IMPACT:
Based on estimated construction costs of $1 6,000,000 for the submitted projects and
reimbursement rate of 4 percent, the City could receive up to $640,000 from the State

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER
TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FUNDS (CYCLE 7)
TO MAKE APPLICATION TO CALTRANS FOR STATE-LOCAL
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council concur
