CLK CHRISTIANSEN WAY
Adopt Ordinance No. NS-316, amending Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code to designate a two-hour parking zone
on each side of Christiansen Way from State Street westerly to
the alley.
ITEM EXPLANATION
Ordinance No. NS-316 was introduced at the regular City Council meeting of June 27, 1995. The second reading allows Council to adopt the ordinance which would then become effective in thirty days. The City Clerk will have the ordinance published within fifteen days, if adopted.

ORDINANCE NO. NS-316
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10, CHAPTER 10.40, OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF SECTION 10.40.084 TO DESIGNATE
A TWO-HOUR PARKING ZONE ON EACH SIDE OF CHRISTIANSEN WAY FROM STATE STREET WESTERLY TO THE ALLEY.
The City Council of the Crty of Carlsbad, California, hereby ordains as follows:
SECTION 1 : That Title 10, Chapter 10.40 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code is amended by
the addition of Section 10.40.084 to read as follows:
"1 0.40.084 There will be Two-Hour parking on each side of Christiansen Way from
State Street westerly to the alley.'
EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its adoption and
the City Clerk, City of Carlsbad, shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause it to be
published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Carlsbad within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
INTRODUCED AND FIRST READ at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
27th - dayof JUNE , 1995, and thereafter,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 11 th day of JULY , 1995 by the following vote, to wit:
