RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed session to discuss Ten Cities v. Countyf Case
No. 94-1525-IEG(POR), pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
