ITEM EXPLANATION: The terms of Linwood Van and Myra Zink expire in Septembe: Mr. Van was appointed to the Commission in February, 1995, an unexpired term. Prior to that, Mr. Van served on the COI from 1986-1992, for two three-year terms. Ms. Zink was originally appointed to the Commission in ( 1991, and has served one four-year term.
