Adopt Resolution No. 7s-263, appointing one member to the "
Commission.
ITEM EXPLANATION:
Jerry Rombotis has resigned from the Housing Commission el June 27, 1995. The vacated term expires in July, 1997.
The Carlsbad Municipal Code states that the Commission s

''Six members must have experience, to the extent possj development, construction, real estate, social services, advocacy, planning, architecture, or finance."
The appointee, therefore, shall serve the remainder
unexpired term, and must meet these qualifications.
The other five members of the Housing Commission serving category are: Doug Avis, Nancy Calverley, Ofelia Escobedo
Scarpelli, and Kathleen Wellman.
NOTE: Members of the Housing Commission are subject Political Reform Act and must file Statements of I Interests.
