CITY MG CLOSED SESSION PENDING LITIGATION
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding pending litigation as follows:
I move that the City Council hold a closed
session to discuss Coast Waste Manaqement v.
County, Case No. 94-1823-S(BTM), pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
