ITEM EXPLANATION:
On April 25, 1995, C. D. M. Construction was awardled a contract in the amount of $1 81,7;
construct the North Carlsbad Beach Restroom.
C. D. M. Construction completed the work on August 21, 1995. City forces have inspect
construction and found it to be satisfactory. Staff recommends formal acceptance by
Council.

WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date. 8

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Crty of
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That construction of the North Carlsbad Beach Restroom, specifically id

held on the 19th day of SEPTEMBER , 1995 by the following vote, to wit: 58
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad C 17
