RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 9 5- 31s to accept improvements, authorize the City Clerk to
record the Notice of Completion, release bonds, and direct the Carl&ad Municipal Water
District to commence maintaining the public improvements constructed at the corner of
College Boulevard and Aston Avenue, Carl&ad, California.
ITEM MPLANATION:
The developer has constructed improvements required of this project and has requested
the Ctty to accept the public improvements. Cii forces have inspected the public
improvements and found them to be satisfactory.
The public improvements constructed consist of installation of water line improvements.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Carl&ad Municipal Water Distrii will be required to maintain the public improvements,

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CAUFORNIA,ACCEPTINGTHEPUBUCIMPROVEMENTSOFCARLSBAD
RESEARCH CENTER - PD 434 AS COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of the installation of water line and
appurtenant improvements located at the comer of College Boulevard and Aston Avenue,
Carlsbad, California, have been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements is deemed
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carl&ad is hereby authorized and directed to record the
Notice of Completion for said project.
4. That the Catlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carl&ad, California, is hereby
directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council
held on the 7 th day of NOVEMBER , 1995 by the following vote, to wit:
